Tracking Your Order
Getting email confirmation of your order.
When you place your order and give us your email address, we’ll send you a confirmation of the order by email immediately. This confirmation will give you:
- The order number
- The total value of the merchandise
- An itemized list of what you ordered
- Your shipping and billing address
If you don’t see an email from us, please check in your spam folder.
Getting an email when we ship your order.
If you gave us your email address when you placed your order, we’ll also send an email to tell you when we’ve shipped your order.
For most orders, this email will tell you how to track your shipment.
Following your order with its tracking number.
You can track your shipment by using the shipper’s tracking number (s) in the email we send when we ship your order.
If you deleted or did not get this email, please contact us and we’ll be glad to give you the shipper’s tracking information.
Changing an order or backorder.
Order. We’re sorry, orders cannot be changed once they’ve been submitted. We process orders very quickly. Once we have started to put your order together, we cannot stop the process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Backorder. Whenever possible, we ship up-to-date information about backordered items. You may change or cancel a backordered item. To cancel or make changes to a backordered item, please contact us.
